Deep inside my heart

Feels the need to release

What I can’t contain thru art

With my soul I paint away

What I am too shy to speak

Emotions passing thru me

Words can never convey

Feelings emotions

Thru ink, lead and paint

Ideas and concepts

That won’t be contained

My passion my addiction

Playing with colors before me

Away farther than distance

I carry happiness with me

Endless possibilities

A world without limits

And at any time I wish

Roams my colorful spirit

Ink stains and brush strokes

Lead lines seem true

Colorful Vibrations

Splashes of Hues

My refuge my imagination

Fully aware I paint alone

I love it here

This is also home

I come as I am…

When inspiration hits

Fascinated and full of peace

And leave forever humbled

I support my habit

And I will never let it fade

I keep my art supplies handy

For that next escape.
